34th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach

American LeMans
This series features the most technically advanced sports cars in competition, along with big-name drivers such as Adrian Fernandez and Bryan Herta. The race will be run at 4 p.m. Saturday.
Atlantic Championship
Young drivers tackle the Long Beach race circuit in this preview of open-wheel racing’s future. The race will begin at 10:35 a.m. Sunday.
Champ Car
The final Champ Car race will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday. As part of a unification agreement with the Indy Racing League, Champ Car will cease operations, with some of its teams, drivers and races joining the IndyCar Series.
Formula Drift
Formula Drift, the hottest new form of motorsports, returns to the Long Beach street course with drivers maneuvering their cars through the tight turnswhile sliding sideways. Drivers also will compete in a Super Lap battle to see who can get around the course fastest. Competitions will take place Saturday and Sunday.
Toyota/Pro Celebrity Race
The 32nd edition of this fan favorite features stars from the sports and entertainment worlds taking on professional drivers in identically prepared Scion tCs. The race will begin at 11:40 a.m. Saturday. Racers are driving for charity. Toyota will donate $5,000 to Racing for Kids, a national fundraising program supporting children’s hospitals throughout the United States, on behalf of each Pro/Celebrity Race driver. Toyota also will donate $5,000 to the winner’s charity of choice.
Speed World Challenge GT
Race-prepared stock cars such as Aston Martin, Audi, Cadillac, Chevrolet Corvette, Dodge Viper, Ferrari and Ford GT battle at 4 p.m. Sunday to complete the race weekend.
